Upon arrival in St. Petersburg, considered the "Venice of the North", a orientation tour awaits to see the Bronze Horseman, Admiralty, Nevsky Prospekt and Palace Square. Take the time to admire this harmonious city and very special atmosphere. The tour continues to the roots of St. Petersburg, the famous Peter and Paul Fortress. After a lunch at a local restaurant a visit to the third largest cathedral in the world, St. Issac's. Designed by French architect Auguste Montferrand the construction took over 40 years and was completed in 1858. Dinner is included tonight.

Enjoy lunch before a transfer to the city centre for a leisurely afternoon free to wander about and further explore this fabulous city. Dinner is at a local restaurant.
