Day 1: Depart Helsinki to St. Petersburg - Czarist Colours
Enjoy breakfast upon the early morning Finnish Sibelius train departing Helsinki to St. Petersburg. Upon arrival in St. Petersburg a orientation tour awaits to see the Bronze Horseman, Admiralty, Nevsky Prospekt and Palace Square. Take the time to admire this harmonious city and very special atmosphere. The tour continues to the famous Peter and Paul Fortress. St. Petersburg was founded by Peter the Great as he laid the foundation of the first fortress on an island in 1703.

Day 2: Canals and Boulevards
Begin your day with an excursion to the Hermitage. This is an art lovers delight with over 3 million pieces of art including Leonardos, Raphaels and Titans. After a lunch at a local restauranta visit to the third largest cathedral in the world, St. Issac's. Designed by French architect Auguste Montferrand the construction took over 40 years and was completed in 1858.

Day 3: 18th Century Russia Luxury
After breakfast travel to the famous estate on the outskirts of St. Petersburg given by Peter the 1st to his wife Catherine Aleksejevna. Pushkin, known as the summer residence of many Russian Czars, has become one of the most magnificent, richest residences in Europe. Enjoy lunch before a transfer to the city centre for a leisurely afternoon free to wander about and further explore.

Day 1: Depart Helsinki to St. Petersburg - Tzarist Colors
Rise early for your 7:42 a.m. departure on the Finnish Sibelius train. While on board, enjoy a light breakfast. Upon arrival in St. Petersburg, the city considered to be the "Venice of the North," you will be met on the train-station platform by your guide for the next three days. Following a transfer to your hotel and check-in, enjoy an orientation tour that includes the Bronze Horseman, Admiralty, Nevsky Prospekt and the Palace Square, where you can admire the harmonious unity of the city and painted façades. End the day with a visit to the Peter and Paul Fortress in all its glory. This is the burial place of all the Russian tzars including Peter the Great.

Day 2: St. Petersburg - Canals and Boulevards
Following a breakfast buffet, you are off to visit the much-anticipated Hermitage! This art lover's delight houses more than three million works of art, including 65,000 items by the great masters of the Renaissance: Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Titian and Michelangelo. Following lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Cathedral of St. Isaac, the third largest in the world, with its gilded dome dominating the skyline.

Day 3: St. Petersburg - 18th-Century Russian Luxury
After another generous Russian buffet breakfast at the hotel, start your morning with a visit to Pushkin, the summer palace of the tzars for more than two centuries and a favorite of Catherine the Great. This is one of the most magnificent and richest residences in Europe. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before your transfer back to the city center, where you have the afternoon free to leisurely immerse yourself in this urban, open-air museum widely spoken of as Russia's "Crown Jewel."

Day 4: St. Petersburg - Helsinki - Homeward Bound**
