1. Inquiry
When we first connect, we listen intently to your request. We establish a dialogue, explore your wants and needs and begin to handcraft your customized itinerary.

2. Exploration
After the initial dialogue, we research and develop an itinerary based on your individual preferences and our extensive knowledge of the various regions. With a good-faith understanding, we deliver a “working itinerary” including estimated pricing of your special journey.

3. Acceptance
We now begin the confirmation process. After all questions are answered, details are agreed upon and we are in receipt of an initial deposit, we begin “firming up” and finalizing all your travel plans. The final piece is your documents. They arrive by DHL with all the necessary components including some fun surprises!

4. Response
Prepare to experience your very own trip of a lifetime! Enjoy your travel, return safely home and provide a testimonial if you wish!

I joined The Nordic Company in 2003 and have never looked back since being introduced to the exciting world of travel. This past year, we were able to experience Scandinavia in all of its holiday glitter and glory when we visited in December. Traveling during the holiday season introduced us to a whole new level of Scandinavian warmth and hospitality that surpassed all of our expectations.
